In line with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission's (ETEC) commitment to developing a modern and advanced work environment that meets the highest institutional and technical standards, YUCCA Company completed the integrated installation and development works at the Commission's Building No. (11) in Riyadh. This included the implementation and equipping of several smart meeting rooms and workspaces using the latest engineering and technical solutions. YUCCA 's scope of work included implementing a comprehensive system of highly efficient audio-visual solutions and equipping the meeting rooms with advanced display and sound systems. This ensures a professional and flexible meeting experience, with the integration of various technical systems within a unified operating system. The work also included the implementation and installation of the data and communications network infrastructure, the application of network security solutions (firewall and network security), CCTV security monitoring systems, and meeting room booking and management systems. This allows for better space utilization and increased operational efficiency. As part of the transition to smart buildings, YUCCA implemented automation and intelligent control systems, integrating various systems into a unified framework. This enables centralized and remote monitoring and control of numerous systems, enhancing management efficiency and increasing reliability and operational efficiency. The project required meticulous integration of different engineering and technical systems to ensure the highest levels of performance, stability, security, and ease of operation, while providing a sophisticated technological environment that supports the organization's needs and meets the demands of modern work environments. This project reflects YUCCA 'S capability to execute advanced corporate projects that combine architectural and electromechanical works with technological solutions and intelligent systems, delivering a comprehensive system encompassing design, implementation, integration, and operation within a single project.
